Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it for personal and non-commercial purposes. Please do not:

- send spam, false information or harmful code through the contact form
- try to break into, overload or interfere with the site or the services behind it
- copy the site’s content in bulk, including by automated scraping
Who owns the content
The text, design and Josh Sweeney name and likeness on this site belong to Josh Sweeney. Photos belong to their photographers or rights holders, are used with permission, and are credited where a credit is required. Videos belong to the channels that published them and play from YouTube. Team, event and organization names and logos belong to their owners.
You may not copy, reuse or republish any of this content, including photos, without written permission from whoever owns it. For permission to use something we own, email info@thejoshsweeney.com.
Booking enquiries
Sending the contact form is a request for information, not a booking. Nothing is confirmed until Josh, or someone acting for him, agrees to it in a written agreement signed by both sides. Fees, travel, dates and other details are set in that agreement, not on this site.
Links to other sites
The site links to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or services, and a link is not an endorsement.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. Results, rosters and dates can change, and we do not promise that everything on the site is complete, current or free of errors, or that the site will always be available.
Limits on our responsibility
